| Foleas
was born and raised in the palace of Esium. His father was General Hatak
of the Elite guard and taught him everything you could ever wish to know
about the military and skill's at arms. After his father's death, Foleas
went on a long trip around Esia, looking for some purpose in his life.
It was only when he came back to Esium a year later that he found it; he
stumbled upon a plot (in a tavern called the Rampant Stag), to kill the
King's heir. Someone, (they never found out who) wanted young Prince Korbas
dead.
Foleas foiled the plan and dispatched the plotters - the last throwing himself onto Foleas's blade rather than be captured alive. King Celdas was so impressed, he appointed Foleas Prince Korbas' bodyguard. Liking the young Prince, Foleas agreed. In personality, Foleas is dedicated, but prone to mood swings. Sometimes he will retire in silence and not speak for days. Other times he's in the thick of social gatherings, courting fine ladies. One thing is sure - he takes his job very seriously and spends at least three hours every day in intense training. |
